Executive and corporate transport in Manchester
Corporate & Chauffeur Limo Hire Manchester
Client entertainment, airport arrivals, launches and staff events – confirmed in writing, run on time
Manchester is the UK's second business city, and the transport around a corporate event here has to work in a way a taxi app cannot promise: a specific vehicle, a named chauffeur, a fixed price agreed in advance and an invoice afterwards. Limotek arranges executive stretch limousines, chauffeur-driven saloons and larger vehicles for hospitality at Old Trafford and Emirates Old Trafford, delegate movements around Manchester Central, visiting executives into Spinningfields and MediaCityUK from the airport, product launches and brand activations, and the Christmas party. This page sets out what we run, which vehicles suit which job, how the booking and invoicing work, and how corporate hire is priced.
- Executive saloons, stretches and 16-seat vehicles
- Written confirmations and itemised invoices
- Multi-vehicle and multi-day bookings
- Discreet, uniformed, punctual chauffeurs
What Manchester businesses book
Six corporate jobs, and how we run each
Client hospitality
Match-day boxes at Old Trafford and the Etihad, cricket at Emirates Old Trafford, Haydock Park and Chester race days. One vehicle collects the party from the office or hotel, waits through the event and returns everyone – no taxis, no stragglers.
Visiting executives
Meet and greet at Manchester Airport, a quiet executive saloon or stretch into Spinningfields, Salford Quays or the city-centre hotels, and the same chauffeur for the return flight. Flight numbers tracked; no waiting in arrivals.
Conferences and delegate moves
Manchester Central, the Midland, the Hilton Deansgate and the arena hotels. Shuttles between hotel and venue, VIP speakers delivered to the door, a 16-seat vehicle for a board that wants to travel together.
Launches and brand activations
Wrapped or branded vehicles, timed arrivals for press and influencers, multi-day operations. Our SHEIN activation at Parklife ran branded Hummer H2s between the city and Heaton Park across the festival weekend.
Staff events and Christmas parties
The office to the venue and home again – a Hummer H2 or party bus for a team of sixteen to thirty, return collections after midnight, one invoice to the company. December Fridays book out by early November.
Roadshows and site visits
A chauffeur-driven vehicle for a day moving between Manchester, the airport, Warrington, Preston or Leeds, with the itinerary agreed in advance and the vehicle on call throughout.
The right vehicle for a corporate booking
Corporate work splits between two needs – understated comfort for executives, and capacity for groups – and the same operator network that supplies Manchester's hen parties supplies both. The difference is the brief: for business bookings we default to black or silver vehicles, no exterior decoration, chauffeurs in dark suits, and quiet on board unless you ask otherwise.
For one to seven passengers the answer is almost always a chauffeur-driven executive saloon or MPV – a Mercedes S-Class, E-Class or V-Class or similar – quoted per journey and used for airport transfers, executive movements and discreet client transport. For eight, an executive stretch on the Audi Q7, BMW X5, Range Rover or Porsche Cayenne gives client hospitality and board travel the arrival that matters, with the Chrysler C300 Baby Bentley a smarter alternative for race days and awards dinners and the black Lincoln stretch the budget-conscious option that still looks the part. Teams, hospitality groups and staff parties of thirteen to sixteen go in a Hummer H2 or a 16-seat 4×4 stretch; Christmas parties, incentive days and large delegate shuttles of up to thirty go on a party bus.

The stretch limo and Hummer pages describe each vehicle in detail; for a corporate brief, tell us the number of passengers and the impression you want to make and we will propose the vehicle.
How a corporate booking works
- Brief. Date, times, pick-up and drop-off points, passenger numbers, any flight or event timings, and whether the vehicle waits. A PA or events coordinator can send this by email or WhatsApp; a phone call is often quicker for multi-vehicle days.
- Proposal and fixed price. We confirm vehicle availability and send a single itemised quote – hourly or per journey – with no mileage meter and no on-the-day additions unless you extend.
- Confirmation. Written confirmation of every vehicle, timing and location, a named contact on our side, and the chauffeur's details the day before. Purchase-order numbers go on the paperwork if you need them.
- On the day. Chauffeurs arrive early, in uniform, and work to the itinerary. Changes are handled through your named contact, not negotiated at the kerb.
- Invoice. One invoice, itemised by vehicle and journey, with the agreed payment terms. Regular bookers can ask about account invoicing.
Manchester business locations and how we approach them
- Spinningfields and St Peter's Square – the professional-services district. Set-downs on Quay Street, Hardman Street and outside the hotels on Peter Street; Deansgate's pedestrian section is avoided.
- MediaCityUK and Salford Quays – studios and the BBC and ITV campuses, with forecourt access for a stretch; timings allow for the Quays traffic at 5pm.
- Manchester Airport and Airport City – meet and greet at all terminals, flight tracking, and the office parks around the airport for site visits. Details on Manchester Airport limo transfers.
- Manchester Central and the conference hotels – delegate shuttles and VIP drops at the Windmill Street entrance; the Midland next door for dinners.
- Old Trafford, the Etihad and Emirates Old Trafford – hospitality drop-offs outside the match-day closures, with an agreed collection point for after the event. See match-day limo hire.
- Trafford Park and the industrial estates – site visits and factory tours, usually a saloon or executive stretch on a half-day booking.
Corporate limo pricing in Manchester
Limo hire in Manchester starts from £365 for a one-hour stretch limousine, and a black Lincoln for eight on a weekday afternoon sits at that end of the scale. Above that point every corporate booking is quoted for the job rather than from a rate card, because the figure depends on the vehicle (an executive 4×4 stretch, a Hummer H2 and a party bus are each priced differently, and executive saloons are quoted per journey rather than by the hour), the hours or days involved, the date and the route. Three-hour and full-day rates cover hospitality and roadshows; airport transfers and point-to-point executive journeys are fixed fares. Corporate bookings tend to fall on weekdays, which is the cheaper end of the limousine week – the exceptions are December, when the Christmas-party calendar puts every vehicle to work, and big match or event days when the city is full. How each factor moves a quote is set out on limo hire Manchester prices.
Everything is quoted and invoiced in writing. Waiting time inside a booked hire is included; extensions on the day are charged at the agreed hourly rate and confirmed with your contact before the vehicle continues.

Request a corporate quoteWhy Manchester businesses use Limotek for this
Over 20 years of arranging chauffeur-driven hire across the UK means the practical things are already solved: vehicles based locally so a 6am airport pick-up in Altrincham is not travelling in from another county; a network wide enough to supply four matching black vehicles for a launch or a replacement at short notice if a vehicle develops a fault; chauffeurs who understand that a client-entertainment day is run quietly and a staff party is not; and a booking process that produces the paperwork finance departments ask for without being asked twice. Hundreds of five-star reviews come from private customers, but the same operators and the same standards run the corporate work.
Corporate questions
Corporate & chauffeur hire Manchester FAQs
Can we be invoiced rather than pay by card?
Yes. Bookings are confirmed in writing and invoiced itemised by vehicle and journey, with purchase-order numbers included where required. Regular bookers can ask about account invoicing.
Do you provide executive cars as well as limousines?
Yes – chauffeur-driven executive saloons and MPVs for airport transfers and executive movements, quoted per journey, alongside the stretch limousines for groups and hospitality.
Can you track flights for airport collections?
Yes. Give us the flight number and the chauffeur meets the arrival with a name board; delays adjust the pick-up time without you having to call.
Can the vehicles be branded for an event?
Yes, with notice. Vinyl wraps and partial branding have been fitted to Hummer H2s for Manchester activations, including the SHEIN Parklife campaign. Lead times and removal are built into the quote.
How much notice do you need for several vehicles?
Two to three weeks for a multi-vehicle weekday booking is comfortable; longer in December or for a specific vehicle type in quantity. Single executive transfers can often be arranged within 24–48 hours.
Are drinks available for hospitality bookings?
Yes – champagne, wine or soft-drink packages can be added and are itemised on the invoice. For client days we stock the vehicle to your brief before the pick-up.
